This video playback course aims to expose the learners to the materials of cutting an apple, a pear and a peach with a sheet of paper, to provide learners a chance to study the basic procedures and methods of cutting fruits. Besides, it will offer them an opportunity to learn how to simply cut an apple, a pear and a peach, to imitate and practice the pronunciation and intonation of the Chinese characters “píng guǒ, lí and táo”, and to acquire the simple techniques of paper cutting.
本课程采用录播授课方式，向学员介绍中国剪纸——苹果、梨和桃子所需的材料，使学员了解用纸剪水果的基本步骤和技巧，让学员在自主学习该课程的过程中，学习苹果、梨和桃子的剪纸技法，模仿和练习苹果、梨和桃的中文读音与声调，并通过课后实践掌握简单的剪纸技巧。
